Shipping policy
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the Philippines only.
Processing Time
Orders are packed and handed to our courier within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
- Metro Manila: 2 to 3 business days
- Rest of Luzon: 3 to 5 business days
- Visayas and Mindanao: 7 to 15 business days
Delivery times are estimates from the day your order ships. Weather, holidays, and courier volume may cause delays.
Shipping Fees
- Standard shipping: ₱90 flat rate nationwide
- FREE shipping on orders of ₱1,000 and above, including our 3-bottle bundle
Payment
All orders are paid online at checkout. We do not currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.
Failed Deliveries and Address Changes
Please make sure your address and mobile number are complete and correct. To change your address, email us before your order ships. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, and an additional shipping fee may apply.
Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. See our Refund Policy for details.
